Precision Manufacturing Laboratory
The Precision Manufacturing Laboratory, as the manufacturing center
for the structural components of slip ring conductors, mainly
conducts systematic manufacturing process research on the ring
surface/axis machining of slip rings and precision electric
components. Currently, the mirror cutting technology of the contact
surface of slip ring conductors has reached the international
leading level.

Slip ring friction pair proportioning laboratory
This laboratory provides a basis for the selection of core
components such as brush wires and conductive ring materials for
slip ring conductors. Currently, our company has 12 friction pair
technologies suitable for special fields such as high-speed slip
rings, long service life, strong corrosive environments, high
temperature environments, and big data transmission. The more
reasonable use of friction pairs will greatly improve the
performance of slip rings

Experimental rate of high-speed slip ring current collector
The laboratory is mainly used for dynamic performance testing of
high-speed slip ring current collectors and has received support
from the Torch Center of the Ministry of Science and Technology of
China. Currently, the laboratory is equipped with 5 test benches
with different speeds and torques, with a maximum testing speed of
up to 90000 revolutions per minute and a maximum output torque of
5.5 N.m
